I am smoke free for 10 months and 2 weeks. I never thought I could do it and other people didn't either especially being a heavy smoker for 35 years. I attended my granddaughters band Christmas concert the other night and when it was over went outside where as you can guess smokers were congregated. I ran into a old friend and after saying the hiya, how ya been, she said, oh give me a cigarette I left my in the car. I commented with great pride, Oh I don't smoke anymore, I quit, she just stared at me. It made me feel wonderful!
