How many times have you "quit"

for 19 år siden 0 941 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I don't have the actual number of times I tried. A lot. I quit one more time than I started again, that's all that counts in the long run..... I lost count how many times....I smoked for 34 years and for the last 20 years, I was constantly trying to quit....I guess I never really was determined. I just kept saying I will quit next week or next month or when things got better in my life.... I am so glad I don't have to quit anymore.... Hang in there everyone....It's great being a non smoker...You will love it Brenna My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/2/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 518 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 10,368 Amount Saved: $2331 Life Gained: Days: 60 Hrs: 12 Mins: 2 Seconds: 56

I smoked for 40 some odd years. And quit constantly...maybe everytime I put down a cigarette! I remember two serious quits -- one for a year and one for a few months. But as someone said, this is the one that matters. I think Dutch Fini is absolutely right -- there is a big difference between acting like a non-smoker and thinking like one. Therein lies the key! lashes, Thanks for sharing! Hopefully many people will realize that it is time to quit. Continue to share your experience, as we can all learn from one another! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
