I agree - you truly do need a reward and they are very important, especially these first couple of months. A nasty, flaming death stick isn't such a good choice though. Every day will bring a new challenge and I know that my first month I was all over the place physically and mentally.
Let yourself dwell on the benefits you've seen already - better breathing, better taste, and you have already NOT smoked 234 cigarettes! That is awesome. Did you ever think you could make it 23 Days? I only wanted to beat my last quit of 9 days and woops, look what happened. One cigarette, one hour, one day at a time.
