Hi, NMC. Listen to Free's advice, she's right on the money. Most quitters go through a "down" period around the one month mark. It is quite normal and temporary, so just hang in there. no more, You maybe reaching the hazard zone. Many members have commented that at around 30 and 100 days the cravings come back to haunt you one more time :) This is normal and will pass. Don't dwell on it and use those coping mechanisms again to help you through.
