I have done the low cal diet, wieght watchers points, and the low carb diet. I have to say that it is easier to control my appetite when I'm in ketosis. (Very low carb diet). You may want to try this to see if helps the cravings, it does seem to work better for me than low fat, only because it helps control my appetite. We'll see if I shed any darn pounds... Gees, this is frustrating, isn't it. My other post stated that I had my thyroid removed 1 year ago, it was actually 10... somehow I missed the 0. Anyway, don't give up.. we will figure this out darn it!
