HI all, i smoked close to 30 years, a pack a day, sometimes more. I only tried to quit a few times before this try. In the past i tried gum, patch, but never made it, my brain wouldnt let go of my crutch. This time i searched and gathered information from where ever i could, knowledge is power its been said many times here. I joined SSC and asked for help, and its the best thing i ever did, I went cold turkey this quit, NO... it wasnt easy but i am doing so much better than the early days... You know in the past when ever i thought of quitting i got really turned off and scared, because the first sentense would say (ITS REALLY HARD) I think it should say, YOU CAN BEAT THIS ADDICTION, EVEN THOUGH IT MAY BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES, heres cheers to all our beautiful quits.. jeanigirl
