I am doing very very well today. I used adobe to create the smiley. It was fun. It's by no means professional grade but hey, I'm no graphic designed either.
It got me through a tough time that came out of nowhere.
I guess folks think I have just cruised through this quit but I haven't. I have had some really hard moments. I made a decision early on that when I post I want cry and moan, I'll try to stay upbeat and supportive and it's worked for me.
When I'm having a bad time I usually lurk and read rather than write it down. For me, when I write it down I give it power. I only want the positive aspects of this quit to have power, not the negative ones so I keep those to myself for the most part.
Hey whatever works -
I appreciate your support and I promise all of you I will not smoke.
