Sorry I missed this. I did gain about 10 pds at first. I was tryin real hard not to use food a substitute for smoking. I was just hungry. I baked and used food as rewards.
My 4yr went back to school and son started crusing, so I lost a few pds. Then I got lazy and just started eating everything. Binge eating, just standing in the kitchen scarfing food.So any that I lost is back on.
I am tryin now to eat right,and I started doing pilietes. I found out fast how out of shape I am. It is sad when your 4yr old can do a workout video better than you...
