Hi June-bugs, long time no see! I have been toooo busy. My Mom is very ill and getting closer to needing full time care. It won't be long now, but for now, I am taking care of her. It's horrible. She is dying of C.O.P.D. and still smoking. It's so hard for me to go over to her house with her smoking one after the other. Especially as my life seems to get more and more hectic because of the holidays, and I still have 2 teenagers at home. It does get tough sometimes. Two weeks ago my Mom spent 5 days in the hospital, and there I was with open packs of cigs everywhere. No one would have known and I definatly could of gotten away with it but I didn't. I did throw them all out and then when she got out of the hospital, of course, she wanted them. She hadn't smoked for the whole 5 days. I was a little disappointed. But I guess I understand because no matter what she is going to die of it. I might be smoking too in her place. Anyways, I do think about my June-Bugs often and pray for us. Hi everyone! Just wanted to check in with my fellow June Bugs and say "hello"! Its been a while since Ive been here. I'm feeling great - lots of confidence and the weight is actually starting to come off! (thank goodness)! I did have a smoking dream the other night however - nothing major, just a dream where I had a cigarette in my hand. I dont think I even took a drag of it, it was just there. Dont know why I'm dreaming that all of a sudden?! I started my new job and it is busy busy busy! But I love it and being able to get out of the house all by myself. Hope everyone is doing well - as a group, we ROCK!
