So true. As I was reading, I was really feeling and visualizing the thought of new and tender skin, especially in the summer. In Florida, we all know that summer brings with it the need to protect ourselves -- sunblock, hats, shade, lots of water, stay out of the sun certain times of day. The same is true as we go through this shedding process. We learn to protect ourselves emotionally and physically -- reduce our stress, avoid tricky situations, remember our power, focus on our positive energies. And as Phillip said, stick to it and be patient!
