Time really does start to fly bye. Quitting for me has been pretty easy compared to others. I believe it's all mind over matter. 3 months ago I decided to take back control of my life. It was really that simple.
Don't get my wrong, I still crave on occasion. I truly miss smoking. I really am just ONE PUFF AWAY from being a full time smoker but thats not where I want my life to be.
I am slowly learning how to deal with my emotions and my temper. It is getting easier but I still am snappy from time to time. I enjoy my alone time but then I think always did but when I was a smoker I would disappear outside to smoke. I still need that time to myself to gather my thoughts to get me threw the day.
Life has and is still throwing me many curves and I am proud to say that I am dealing with each and every one of them as a X-SMOKER.
