Dear coping with cravings, As I read your post, I really thought what an determined person you are and envied you. Having to deal with a stolen wallet with all of your ID and credit cards lost and facing financial ruin if it got into the wrong hands...And you still didn't pick up a sickarette! Wow! And here I am, Day 1, going through the cravings and getting by, wondering how I will react to stress because smoking was such a stress reliever for me at times.You showed me that, YES, you can face stress and not pick up a smoke. I am very impressed. Keep the quit going....for me too. Maria

Friend of mine flew into Valencia airport last week with her husband He went to pick up the hire car and she looked after the luggage. A good looking guy was waving to her across the airport and whilst he distracted her everything went!!! Money,Credit cards,driving licence,passport,keys to their holiday home the lot. By the time her husband came to pay for the car their card had been stopped as obviously the thieves had tried to use it and it had been blocked. A complete stranger paid for the hire car on his credit card and just asked that they sent him a cheque when they got home.Three other strangers GAVE them 20 euros each to pay for the tolls and something to eat. Why am I telling you this? There are good people out there just like you lot lets all try and do an extra good turn a day and see what a difference we can make! I will now shut up and go on hols... thank you teresa, I am happy to hear that the stress level is going to go down! My neck and shoulders can't handle any more stress. We all need to go through these situations in life and learn to do it without running to the drug nicotine. Everytime we are successful, we are another step farther away from that nicodevil.
