It doesn't have to be huge, just make you feel a little better. Ideally, in the first few weeks, you should have little rewards for everytime you get a craving and don't smoke, one at the end of each smoke free day and a bigger one at the end of each week.
Eventually, you'll find you won't have to reinforce yourself and your brain as often.
