Mich, Please consider what you are doing! You quit for a reason! In fact, I bet you had several really good reasons for quitting! I think the best quote to use here is from August. Rewards are very important, especially during the early stages of a quit. They help offset the natural depression caused by nicotine deprevation. Don't listen to the junkie, Mich. mich, Please don't give up quitting, I did once before & I have regretted it every since. Its all about mindset, and funnily enough I found a copy of a post Anne-Maire had added about it. I've only got 14dys at the mo, but will know this time will be the last time I quit. I read and re-read Allen Carrs book which helps with the mind probs that the addiction makes us feel. It would maybe get you back to thinking logically even though your in withdrawal. Good Luck and please stick wi it Kate
