Congrats on your decision to quit! Its the first step to success!!
Whatever happwens with your quit buddy I hope you still pull through. I used to have a friend who was my quit buddy he fell off the wagon but i continued on that quit.
Do this quit for yourself, that should be your first reason for stopping.
I suggest you drink lots of water and juice to get the toxins out of your body, read up on this site, and read up about quitting smoking, maybe keep a quit smoking journal if you want.
I find staying close to this site helps and reading and posting keeps me on track!
