What is this trembling???

for 19 år siden 0 2462 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
The trembling is from your low blood sugar. You must eat something every couple of hours -- some cheese and crackers, hardboiled egg, fruit, etc. Going through detox makes your blood sugar take a dive, so please, please eat. Notkool, This is normal. Your hands and fingers may tremble slightly. However, the tremor is usually minor, and will subside as your body gets used to not smoking. How long will this last? The first few weeks after quitting. Tips to help: Frequent warm baths or showers can help dispel the tremor. If you are concerned, consult your doctor to determine whether it is severe enough to warrant medication. If you have a symptom that persists or seems worse than you expected, you should immediately consult a doctor. Its possible that your smoking has been masking symptoms of some illness, and when you stop smoking the symptoms abruptly become noticeable. Congrats on 4 days!
