This is a tough one as it comes from a male point of view. Does it ever get better? For me it did, I can't tell you exactly when it happned but it did happen. I woke up one day and it was gone, the itch, craving, empty feeling or whatever. Smoking has taken its toll on all of us and recovery is a process of healing both mind and body. Attitude is 90 % of freeing yourself from addiction. Have the will and determination to see it through, you can win. I want to leave you with a quote that really helped me to focus during my quit:
