It has been FOREVER since I have posted and have been on the site. Life has been so crazy and in it all - I NEVER have wanted or desired to lose my quit. I know my greatest hurdles were getting on in the beginning and having Knights all over understanding me. So to all Knights that have made it and those that have jumped back in - thank you! We are almost at that year.

RD - So right to celebrate a HUGE Celebration. The big one is here! I am in The Closet Smoker no more! I love that I no longer hide - I no longer stink - I no longer fear the feeling of being locked by an silly little stick and the ugly C word that was going to get me. I am celebrating breathing deeper and running faster! Anyone jumping on the treadmill with me? I love my 40 lbs that are gone. (I actually lost weight since I can breath - I am off my asthma medicine. hummmmmmmmmm) Stupid cancer sticks - killing myself - I was. Let's CELEBRATE - ONE YEAR IS HERE!!!! (OK - I am the 21st - But I am starting early with a jog around the block. lol)
