When Am I going to exercise today? Maybe if we think that way exercise first first and the food second we may be able to lose weight better!!! Geesh, did y'all quit eating and exercising?!?!?! I am going back on my cabbage soup diet that I did last year before I quit smoking. It gave me the boost I needed to start losing again so I hope it works this time too. I have done it 2 times before and both times I lost 6lbs in the week. Well the last day of the diet is finally here, yipeeeeeeeeee! I have lost 6 lbs so far and feel wonderful. This ishow I got started last year so I will watch what I eat and hopefully keep off the weight now. I am walking and biking and doing aqua fit, so I am gettins lots of exercise. Everyone is doing wonderful I see. CONGRATULATIONS to us all!
