Thanks Lady. Needed that. Had a conversation with a sibling smoker last night. We had a "journey" vs. "trip over" debate. The latter outlook believes that you can one day let your guard down while the former believes that you will always have to be on guard and protect your quit. I contended this journey theory, and feel I must always, because I am an addict, and there is no such thing as a former addict.
