Ok yesterday for dinner I had a hamburger (no cheese) and fries (just had to have one) but did well all day so that was ok...
today
b-1 slice ww toast w/flaxseed oil, 1 pear, iced grn tea
s-rosemary triscuits (yum) and LC cheese, grn tea
l-giant spinach salad with flaxseed/apv dressing/roasted pumpkin seeds/ciabatta roll, dab rt balance
s-pumpkin seeds, small apple
d-will be grilled salmon, FF tartar sauce, early peas, 1/2 ciabatta roll
s- who knows, will find something
walked the mall today, feeling strong and light these days.
