L: Turkey Rolled up, no bread, chex mix, diet green tea citrus
D: Grilled Chicken Salad
IB - In Between : Almonds, Red Hots & Fruit Snack
GOOD DAY - Oh and 30 minutes treadmill, 8 flights of stairs at work. 20 minutes walk to & from train station ~
Have not lost anything, but don't have a scale, just go by how clothes fit.
WTG LADY!!!!!! Woo Hoo 18 lbs gone......
