Finally I am starting to grasp the concept of setting goals.What is important is to have at least one goal to work on. The purpose of the goal planner is to help starting the ball running. As I am getting closer to the goal I normally change and adapt the plan according to the circumstances I found.It is perfectly normal to change plans and even goals.
In general I am doing a pleasant activity each day (no matter how small).
