Sometimes I wonder if the job I have adds more to the stress and depression rather than making it better...sure I get out of the house but I wouldn't say I'm happy with my job. I'm often in a cubicle working long hours (no window in sight) and it can be stressful...I just don't know if I'm ready to change jobs especially iwth the way the job market is looking now. Does anyone else feel this way? Have you ever thought about changing jobs? It's a scary thought but one I've been personally toying with for a litle while now.
