-I went shopping yesterday and I did great. I bought my hubby some new clothes for his snazzy new job. I managed to do really well. All of it fit and he like all of it but one shirt which I can return anyway (this is a feat, my hubby is picky!). Also, I got great deals! Was really happy with myself!
-This weekend, we celebrated my dad's six year survival to a very serious cancer. We are all proud of his strength.
- I have started my belly dancing classes again! Had my first class yesterday.
-I had lunch with my mom, had fun.
- I am up before noon.
- I have done laundry.
- I made myself a really yummy breakfast and it is healthy too!
I met with the Pdoc (I know what that means now). That's all I will say about that because as the wheels get to turning everything turns upside down.
Now let's see good things, I didn't have a headache yesterday, first time in a long time. It was a balmy +12 yesterday, the sun was shining and the world looked cheery.
Take care everyone and hope to hear from you soon.
my psychiatrist is the one who is the specialist in mood and anxiety disorders. So he understands how the body changes in time and how stresses and medication and therapie all function together. He takes all these bits of the puzzle and his role is to ensure that the pieces that deal with my medication still fit in as snugly as possible without and "seams".
I hope you find someone you can talk to and work with.
Breanne,
It was an odd weekend of sorts... We went to see Pink Panther 2 with a gang of my son's friends and bought popcorn and drinks. And spent too much money. But it was nice. We went for supper at an uncle's and had a little cake and tigre slept at his cousin's sunday. We had mixed pastries Monday nite and a song as a family thing.
So lots of Little celebrations, and it is winter school break here and i took two days off work!
