steacher, thank you for your response. Yes, I do normally just hop in the shower, but last night I sat in the whirl pool for a long time and just vegged, it was super! I am in the process of changing my eating habits also. This, I lelive will help along with the whirlpool and learning not to worry so much about stuff. I do thank you for your time and comments and I will give the imagry a big try! Thank you for your prayers and may God Bless! -M

Hi everyone, Thank you for responding to my inquiry. Yes, I have restless leg syndrome as well. Also, possibly fibromyalgia. I do feel like I am fatigued a lot. I guess I just thought it was more emotional, than physically feeling drained. At any rate, I have been doing a little better as far as the anxiety attacks that hit me at bed time. Last night I sat in the whirlpool and just vegged-out! It was nice. I didn't eat a heavy dinner, which also helped. Watched a little TV and fell alseep with only mild foot-kicking and sheet-tapping of my fingers. I also understand the bottom line is: stop worrying about things. I do thank you all for responding. It sure helps knowing there are others out there. I do hope everyone finds a way to unwind and veg in the evenings before bed. I know it will be quite a venture, but just have patience. I know I need to. May God Bless you all! -M

What about soothing music instead of tv to go to sleep to, maybe some breathing imagry stuff or something like that, blessings to you I will pray for you, s

After I get ready for bed, I like to watch a little TV. But it seems as soon as I turn everything off, and try to go to sleep, I can't lay still. I kick my foot, tap my fingers on the covers, and generally feel like I want to get out of bed and just start running. Does anyone have these problems? I do take 10mg paxil. It seems like all of a sudden fifty billion things go through my head, making it difficult to fall asleep. Any suggestion or ideas? Thank you, -M
