Sugarnose, I am right with you. It looks like we've both been quit since the new year and having a hard time losing weight. I am also working my butt off with exercise and merely maintaining. Three months seems like such a long time to wait, but it looks like that's the minimum time it has taken others to start losing weight. Only another month and a half for us....in the meantime, let's keep trying! :) Just a little something I read the other day in a health magazine: smokers tend to have a lower BMI than non-smokers (which explains a lot) but they also have more toxic belly fat (around the liver). Hhmmm...something to think about... We are still healthier now than when we smoked. Period! krisi, It is important to continue to work with your doctor in this regard. They know your history and can help you come up with a plan that is right for you :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
